Kings Road is ideal for people with young children as there are many excellent schools, both private, such as the Oratory Roman Catholic Primary School twenty minutes away on Bury Walk, and state schools with good reputations.

      If you are a regular user of the Post Office, Kings Road would also be a great place to live, as a branch is located minutes away in Kings Walk Mall almost beneath Mitre House. As well as this, there is a Royal Mail delivery office on Chelsea Manor Street and another at World's End.

     Kings Road is convenient for banking. Lloyds is located within two minutes of Mitre House, as are HSBC, Barclays, NatWest, and Chelsea Building Society. Mitre House is also handy for people with cars as petrol stations are local - there is one located just around the corner on Sloane Avenue but with a reputation of being the most expensive in Europe!. Best try Pimlico/Victoria.

​      Additionally, enjoy the latest movie releases at not one but two excellent multiscreen Cinemas on Kings Road. However, the biggest advantage is that residents can quickly nip out to do their food shopping, with M&S, Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury's supermarkets within five minutes of Mitre House.
